A: The web site migration service that we are offering is free (within a certain limit). We’ll migrate your web site(s) to our cutting–edge cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from experience that switching hosting providers can lead to lost information and unnecessary network downtime. This is why we’ll do all that for you at no cost!We’ve got highly experienced administrators whose chief responsibility is to ensure that your site performs precisely as it did on your old hosting platform. Our administrators are experts in transferring custom–made sites, as well as sites that are based upon popular applications like Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: There are plenty of aspects to consider – the total amount of web files, the physical size of the database, the complexity of the site itself and the present workload of our website migration experts, etc. Even so, we do our best to carry out all website migrations in a 48–hour time window. Smaller–sized websites are migrated faster – usually in less than 24 hours.

A: We will require the login details for your current hosting provider’s Control Panel as well as the web site’s name (domain name).

A: Our Privacy Policy is an indivisible part of the agreement that we’ll have with you as a customer. We are committed to protecting the safety of the personal data obtained from the clients. A: While we migrate your site, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your former web hosting provider. Once the migration is finished, we’ll make sure that everything is working correctly and that the integrity of your data is not compromised prior to notifying you that the migration is complete. Then we’ll instruct you how to move the domain name to your hosting account with us and how to change the DNS settings.

A: While we transfer your website content, your hosting provider will not be aware of the transfer at all. We will not contact them in any way.

A: We can transfer your website from any web hosting provider or any Linux–driven web hosting platform provided that we can obtain access to the Control Panel and there is FTP access available.The only sites that we can’t transfer are those based on closed–source software applications like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
